- The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for a boiler replacement located at Shiloh National Military Park in Shiloh, TN. Work will consist of providing all labor materials and incidentals to complete the work described in the attached Statement of Work. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $30,000. SCA Prevailing Wages for Hardin County, TN will apply. Bid bond will not be required, however- winning bidder must be able to show certificate of insurance prior to receiving award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: P16PS00981 is issued as a Request for Quotes. This acquisition is reserved exclusively for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220 and the size standard is $15.0M. It is the contractor ¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by mid-May 2016. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by sealed bid. LPTA will be used. Bidders must be able to provide references of applicable experience in order to receive the award. Bids must arrive either electronically or by regular mail by the closing date noted in this solicitation. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
