Description

Past Performance Questionnaire Solicitation LCLSC16Q0035. The Library of Congress uses the Spirit Classic Datacine to digitize motion picture films within the Library's collections. The blue channel signal no longer properly displays on the machine which distorts color balance on the main display. Extensive trouble shooting revealed the problem may owe to a faulty L34 Chroma CCD (part number #FY 6923). Another known problem is a worn capstan roller. The contractor shall repair the Spirit Classic Datacine to manufacturer's specification and function and restore to full operational capability.
