Description

This is not a request for quotes. This is a Sources Sought. The information provided in this document is for information only. Department of Veteran Affairs, NC04 is conducting market research to identify potential business sources with the capacity and technical capability to successfully provide the requirement described herein. This Sources Sought is for Aquamantys 3 Pump Generator and cart. This system will be used by orthopedic surgeons during total knee arthroplasty, total hip arthroplasty, trauma, and orthopedic oncology surgery to provide hemostatic sealing of soft tissue and bone. Use of the system will reduce transfusion rates by minimizing intra-operative blood loss and reduce the need for other blood loss products during or after procedures. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339113. Interested firms must demonstrate in their capability statement that they are qualified to provide products that meet the Lebanon VA's requirements. 140-404-1, Aquamantys 3 Pump Generator, 1 each 230-401-1, Aquamantys Pump Generator Cart, 1 each Based on the responses to this Sources Sought Notice/market research. This requirement may be set-aside for 100% small business.
