Description

Data Request - Telecommunication Companies Telecommunication Companies are assigned specific codes to uniquely identify each service provider using industry standard ATIS-0300251. The FCC requires most of these providers to be assigned an Operating Company Numbers (OCN) that identifies the company and the category type of service provider. THE DATA FILES ARE TO BE PROVIDED BY THE VENDOR AND PROPOSED (COST) FOR A BASE PERIOD (12 MONTHS) AND FOUR OPTION PERIODS. The data we request includes, at a minimum, the company name, type of services provided, OCN and the telephone number type assigned to customers. ALL SUCCESSFUL RESPONDENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION SHALL INCLUDE: * the category type of each telecommunications provider (e.g. CAP,PCS, WIRE); * the overall company code for companies operating in multiple states; * the Area Specific Exchange Carrier(ASEC) code, a state specific operating company code (OCN); * and the ASEC company legal entity name. This information will need to be updated on at least a quarterly basis. AN AWARD DETERMINATION TO THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE BASED SOLELY ON THE LOWEST COST.
