- This is a Sources Sought notice for information only. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. In preparation for a future procurement for the Veterans Affair (VA) Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 15, the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 is performing market research to gain knowledge of potential sources that can offer blood and blood products to VISN 15 facilities. The PSC code is 6515 and the NAICS code is 621991. These blood products must be available in the following blood types: A, B, O, AB, both Rh positive and Rh negative. All blood products must be available 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. The blood products shall be available for delivery to the following locations within VISN 15: John Cochran VA Medical Center Blood Bank 915 North Grand Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63106 Veterans Affairs Medical Center Blood Bank 2401 W Main St. Marion, IL 62959 John J Pershing VA Medical Center, Blood Bank 1500 N Westwood Poplar Bluff, MO 63901 Harry S. Truman Memorial Hospital Blood Bank 800 Hospital Dr. Columbia, MO 65201 Robert J Dole VA Medical Center 5500 East Kellogg Building 34 Wichita, Kansas 67218 Colmery-O'Neil VA Medical Center Blood Bank 2200 Gage Boulevard Topeka, Kansas 66622 Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center Blood Bank 4101 S. 4th Trafficway Leavenworth, Kansas 66048 Kansas City VA Medical Center Blood Bank 4801 Linwood Blvd. Kansas City, MO 64128 Other requirements include reference lab services for referral laboratory testing, therapeutic apheresis program services and collection, processing and typing of blood. Capable companies should submit an electronic statement outlining their company's capability and capacity to provide via their Federal Supply Schedule contract or Open Market. Also firms should provide their business size status in accordance with the small business administration website (www.sba.gov) for the above referenced NAICS code.
