- W-9 Form MTC Vendor Self Certification Form MTC Acceptance of Terms and Conditions Form MTC Terms and Conditions Davis Bacon Wage Schedule CBP contains MTC requirements and Statement of Work HIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY with Management & Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Wilmington Job Corps Center. MTC is requesting bids for the Surveillance Camera System at 9 Vandever Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19802. The construction bid package (CBP) contains all requirements and the statement of work (SOW). 1. A pre-construction meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 1:30PM (EST) at the site location. 2. Any questions should be submitted no later than Thursday, April 28th, 2016,at 1:00pm (MST) to sandra.clore@mtctrains.com. Questions will be addressed through an Addendum. 3. All bids and associated "attached" documents are due no later than Friday, May 6th, 2016 at 1:00pm (EST). 4. Services provided under this solicitation are under NAICS Code 238210 Electrical Contractors & Other Wiring Installation Contractors. Information regarding this NAICS code is located at http://www.census.gov/cgi-bin/sssd/naics/naicsrch MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final.
