- Associated Drawings for the soliciatation Solicitation for Kunsan Paving IDIQ contractors REPAIR PARKING LOTS AT BLDG 1050, 1406, AND 2815 LCS FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. NO CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL LCS FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE. THIS IS NON WORK PLAN TASK ORDER RFP TO KUNSAN AIR BASE CONCRETE / PAVEMENT IDIQ CONTRACTORS ONLY. Contract #: W91QVN-12-D-0129 and W91QVN-12-D-0130 A. Site Visit: Offerors who intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend site visit. See site visit Clause FAR 52.236-27 Alt I in Section L. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification card w hen attending the site visit orientation. B. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL a. The Electronic Proposal shall be submitted by 1300 hours on the closing date of RFP through Fedbizops (https://w w w.fbo.gov). The PRICING PORPOSAL shall be submitted by 13:00 hours on the closing date. b. See Section L for details. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the "No-offer letter" by date and time specified in this solicitation. C. SECTION K Offerors MUST complete all portions of Section K, and submit it through https://w w w.fbo.gov by 13:00 hours on the closing date of RFP.
