- Solicitation Solicitation No. 263-16-500 ISSUANCE DATE: April 7, 2016 CLOSING DATE: 4:30 pm Cairo time on April 21, 2016 SUBJECT: USAID/Cairo, Egypt Solicitation for U.S. Personal Services Contractor [USPSC ] - For Financial Management Advisor Ladies/Gentlemen: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from U.S. citizens interested in providing PSC services as described in the attached solicitation. Applicants must be able to obtain a Facility Access security clearance. Submissions shall be in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified and must include the signed USAID mandatory form; AID 302-3 Offeror Information for Personal Services Contracts, a current CV or resume, and a written statement that responds to the requirements of the position (Education and Prior Work Experience/Language Proficiency/Knowledge/Skills and Abilities required for the position). The evaluation and selection process usually takes two months, plus approximately four months for security clearance after the deadline. Shortlisted applicants are invited for tests and/or interviews during this time frame. Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who are seriously being considered for a position are contacted for an interview. Please do not contact HR for a status report on your application once your application has been acknowledged. Interviewed candidates will normally be advised of the outcome of the selection process after a period of about four weeks.
