- NETL Solicitation # DE-SOL-0009501 for ISO 14001:2004/ ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications, and accompanying surveillance audits for NETL sites located in Albany, OR; Morgantown, WV; and Pittsburgh, PA. NOTICE: The Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) is seeking ISO 14001:2004/ ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications, and accompanying surveillance audits for NETL sites located in Albany, OR; Morgantown, WV; and Pittsburgh, PA per the requirements in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). SELECTION: Selection will be based on the small business vendor quotation that is considered technically acceptable with the lowest firm-fixed price. Technical acceptability will be based on a review of the (1) technical approach, and (2) experience provided in response to the request for quotation (RFQ) to meet the requirements of this PWS. EVALUATION: The following information is necessary to enable proper evaluation of the small business vendor?s quote submitted in response to this RFQ. An electronic response to the items below shall be sent to Robert.Mohn@netl.doe.gov by the date indicated in Block 10 of the RFQ Standard Form (SF) 18. Questions related to the RFQ must be submitted electronically to Robert.Mohn@netl.doe.gov no later than Wednesday, April 22, 2015 by 5:00 PM ET. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible Vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation is determined to be lowest price, technically acceptable as detailed in the Evaluation Instructions and Criteria attachment.
