Description

The Government's lease for 11,485-rentable square feet of office and related space located at 4243 Olympic Boulevard, Erlanger, KY is expiring in January 2017. The Government is interested in considering alternative space for no more than 5-years if economically advantageous to the Government; othewise, the Government will pursue a sole source acquisition. Prospective Offerors: the Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when making its relocation decision. No offers will be accepted after the Response Date/ time.
