- Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Acquisition Management Services (AMS), on behalf of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) intends to sole source to: City of Savannah Parking Services Department P.O. Box 2101 Savannah, Georgia 31402 OIG is seeking to lease 3 parking spaces at the Whitaker Street Garage, in Savannah, GA as it is the closest structured parking facility to OIG's Savannah office that also allows 24/7 access and is secured, all of which are required by our Office of Investigations. It is essential that the parking structure is located as close as possible to the office, as the agents are frequently transporting tactical equipment and evidence files between their issued vehicle and the office. Close proximity and 24/7 access to the facility are imperative in order to ensure the safety of the staff carrying the equipment and documents. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources that have determined that they can provide the same services may submit product information and a capabilities statement addressing their specific abilities regarding this requirement. The email subject line must reference OIG173184. All responses are due by April 7, 2016 4:00PM Eastern Time and can be sent to Robert Bowman at Robert.Bowman@psc.hhs.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
