Description
Synopsis: Radiation Therapy Staff Solicitation # FA3010-16-R-0011 Class Code: R497 NAICS Code: 621512 Description: Radiation Therapy Staff - limited to eligible 8(a) concerns Keesler AFB intends to issue a solicitation for the Personal services of one Certified Chief Physicist; one Senior Certified Medical Dosimetrist; one Medical Dosimetrist; one Lead Radiation Therapist; and two Radiation Therapists. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, transportation and all else necessary to provide the service. The place of performance is the 81st Medical Group, Keesler Medical Center, Keesler Air Force Base, Base, Mississippi. The period of performance will consist of a base year (07 July16 - 06 July17) and four option years, not to exceed 66 months. This 8(a) competitive acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 621512 and the small business size is $15.0 Million. The requirement is issued as a commercial service using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 15. The government anticipates award of a firm- fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. Contractors eligible for award must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award with any DOD agency. Registration may be accomplished at website, http://www.sam.gov. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications. After award all invoices shall be electronically submitted via Wide Area Work Flow. Registration and invoicing may be accomplished at https://wawf.eb.mil/. The solicitation will be available to download via http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 02 May 2016. The solicitation may be posted earlier or later. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor the website for solicitation release, postings, changes and amendments and closing date. No paper copies will be available and no electronic or verbal responses will be accepted. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to the solicitation with a delivered hard copy signed proposal (original signature) with signed amendments (if any) by the posted close date and time.
