Description

Attachment 2- USS PASADENA DECK PLAN Attachment 1 - Request for Specification Clarification Form SOLICITATION NO. N55236-16-Q-0093 Prepare for and accomplish interior decking repairs (vinyl tile, carpeting, cosmetic polymeric deck) in support of the USS PASADENA (SSN-752) - work to be accomplished at the Naval Submarine Base Point Loma, CA. The solicitation will be for a firm fixed-price, total small business set-aside under the NAICS code 336611 - ship building and repairing. The contractor will be required to provide all labor services and materials in accordance with the established statement of work and all applicable government specifications and regulations. Inspections and acceptance of all services will be performed at destination by the cognizant government representative. The contractor is responsible for the use of the latest revision of all references, specifications and NAVSEA Standard Items. The successful offeror will be required to have a NAVSEA approved Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with NAVSEA Standard Item 009-004, approved and in place at time of contract award.
