Description

16-RHCO-P-211 J & A-REAGENTS AND SUPPLIES Special Notice to Award Laboratory Reagents Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey WA, intends to issue a sole source award under solicitation W91YU0-16-T-0067 to BioMerieux, Inc in the amount of $46,707.16, for a Base Year and 2 Option Years Standing Order, on Vitek 30 Reagent Testing Supplies for use at the Pathology Department of Raymond W. Bliss Army Health Center, FT Huachuca AZ. The reagents intended are proprietary to BioMerieux, Inc as the OEM and has sole distribution rights, the analyzer to be used is Government-Owned Equipment. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
