Description

This action is for a requirement type contract, for the purchase of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Secretary and Deputy Secretary Challenge Coins for employees on the spot recognition for outstanding performance. This requirement is for VA employees only. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 6, 2016, with a response date of April 20, 2016. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 339999 "All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing" with a size standard of 500 employees. The solicitation is a small business set-aside. Offerors will be evaluated on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item, and 15 Negotiated Contracts. The award will be for a base year, with four one-year options. Once the solicitation has been posted, questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and may be sent via mail to Priscilla.lee@va.gov. Quotes must be submitted in writing to the issuing office, timely in accordance with the preparation instructions outlined in the solicitation.
