- CONSERVATION SPECIALIST EMPLOYMENT CONT. IGF::OT::IGF SPECIAL NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. The Bureau of Land Management intends to issue an award to an 8(a) company named Espinoza Cultural Services, LLC., 410 Mulberry St., La Jara, Colorado 81140 for a Conservation. The primary objective is to provide full range of support to the AIM Terrestrial Program Lead/Threatened and Endangered Program Lead at the Colorado State Office. Position required under the resultant contract will include one (1) Conservation Specialist. This contract is a full-time position for the Conservation Specialist as long as funding is available. NAICS code is 541720 with size standard of $20.5 Mil. This Special Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes.
