- Full Text of Davis-Monthan AFB Instructions CLIN 0001 to be completed IAW PWS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-16-Q-0219 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, Defense Circular Number (DCN/DPN) 20160325, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2015-1001. This procurement is being issued as a small business set aisde and limited sources justification (See attachment). The North American Industry Classification System Code is 811121 with a size standard of $75.0 Million. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following: CLIN 0001 - The contractor shall provide all tools, parts, equipment, materials, transportation, plant, personnel, labor, supervision, and management necessary to perform vehicle conversion upgrade services on a flightline van, 2011 Chevrolet CG33503 (QTY: 1 Each) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). SEE ATTACHED PWS FOR ADDITONAL INFORMATION. Due to the specialized nature and size of this purchase a SITE VISIT will be held Monday, 11 April 2016 at 9:00 AM Arizona Local Time, attendence is highly encouraged. All contractors attending the site visit will meet at the visitors center located at the main gate at the intersection of Craycroft Rd and Golf Links Blvd at 8:50 AM Arizona Local Time. NOTE: To attend the site visit please send the name, date of birth, social security number, and drivers licenses number of the persons attending the site visit to SrA Jozlyn Brewton, jozlyn.brewton@us.af.mil and Amanda Henderson, amanda.henderson.2@us.af.mil, no later than 9:30 AM Arizona Local Time Thursday, 7 April 2016.
