TP 3238B. 618/627-WMEC-535-002. ALL BRONZE PARTS. CLOSE COUPLED HORIZONTAL PUMP WITH 1/4 HP ODP MOTOR. BELL & GOSSETT 1522 SERIES, BUILT TO ORDER EQUIVALENT SIZE 3/4" AAB. MOTOR: 1/4 HP, 1750 RPM, 115 VAC, SINGLE PHASE. PUMP UNIT, CENTRIFUGAL, 1 1/4" FNPT SUCTION, 3/4" FNPT DISCHARGE, ALL BRONZE CONSTRUCTION, 5 GPM MAX FLOW RATE AT 28 FT. HEAD. OVERALL DIM. 19" LG.,7 1/2" HIGH, 7 1/4" WIDE. NOTE: CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL"ALL BRONZE" MUST BE CALLED OUT WITH BELL & GOSSET MODEL 1522 UNI-BUILT. BRONZE FITTED OR CAST IRON DESIGN IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. DIFFERENT VENDORS WILL HAVE DIFFERENT PART NUMBERS FOR THIS PUMP. MUST USE ABOVE CHARACTERISTICS. THIS IS A "BUILT TO ORDER" PUMP AND IS NOT A STOCK PUMP. PUMP DATA PLATE SHOULD BE MARKED AS FOLLOWS: LINE 1: BELL & GOSSETT 1522 PUMP LINE 2: SIZE: 3/4 AAB IMPELLER DIAMETER: 5 1/4 PUMP CONSTRUCTION: AB LINE 3: PUMP CAPACITY: 5 GPM 28 FT LINE 4: MOTOR CAPACITY: 1/4 HP 1750 RPM LINE 5: SERIAL NUMBER: ASSIGNED BY THE FACTORY. DATE MANUFACTURED: ASSIGNED BY THE FACTORY. NOTE: ON DATA PLATE USE FRACTIONS WHEN REQUIRED, DO NOT CHANGE TO DECIMAL EQUIVALENTS. Quantity: TWENTY-ONE (21) Each Manufacturer: ITT Bell and Gossett Domestic Pump The items are used on various US Coast Guard vessels. All items will be individually packaged and bar-code in accordance with Coast Guard specification IAW SP-PP&M-001. Inspection and acceptance shall take place at Destination after verification of preservation, packaging and marking, individual packaging and marking requirements and confirmation of no damage during transit. Failure to comply with packaging requirements will result in rejection and nonpayment. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center, Baltimore MD. Required delivery date no later than: SEP 25, 2016 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005 87 (MAR 2016) and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 333911. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13 All responsible sources may submit a quotation via email to Yvette.R.Johnson@uscg.mil, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with SYSTEMS FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) and shall provide the company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their offer.
