Description

GPAT Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87-1 and Defense FAR Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20160325. The solicitation number is HE1254-16-T-0015 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is being procured using Commercial Item procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Subpart 13.5. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on an unrestricted, competitive basis, a firm-fixed price requirements contract for Human Anatomy and Physiology curriculum resources for DoDEA worldwide. The period of performance will be for a one 12-month base year period followed by five consecutive 12-month option periods. FOB point is destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at the Government site. The anticipated award date is July 2016.
