Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Past Performance Questionnaire. SCA Wage Determination Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 supplemented with FAR part 13 and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911YN-16-T-1000 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-79. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720 with a small business size standard of $18 M. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The Govern m ent intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of KP Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Funds are c u rrently available. Quotations m ust be good for one m onth after the clo s ing postdate. QUOTES MUST BE ALL OR NONE. PARTIAL AWARDS WILL NOT BE MADE.
