Description: Solicitation Number: VA246-16-Q-0755 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: Amended to include JA for Brand Name This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Veterans Health Administration, NCO6, Hampton, VA in support of the Salisbury Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Salisbury, NC intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.2, full and open competition after exclusion of sources and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. This requirement supports the Charlotte Health Care Center. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) VA246-16-Q-0755 attached. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award.
