Ashli Butrico Email: Lauren.Butrico@dla.mil Description: One year software maintenance agreement and extended service agreement for five (5) Coordinate Measuring Machines in accordance with Statement of Work for Troubleshoot and Repair of Five (5) Zeiss Prismo CMMs VIBB 15-20-1207 dated March 31, 2016. FOB to Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Fleet Readiness Center Southeast, Jacksonville, FL 32212. Performance period/contract completion date is one year after receipt of award. This is notice of the Government's intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.1, full and open competition. Solicitation number SPM4A8-16-Q-0084 will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Award will be made utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Technical acceptability is a pass/fail determination. THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The anticipated solicitation date is March 31, 2016 and will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps.gov) website. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. All responsible sources may submit a quotation sufficient to determine whether the Offeror's quote is technically acceptable and will satisfy the Government's requirements. Unless specified otherwise in your quotation, it will be presumed you are quoting in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the solicitation and payment terms are net 30 days. The Government reserves the right to make an award on any item, for any quantity less than the quantity offered, at the unit process offered, unless the offeror specifies otherwise in the quotation. The Government also reserves the right to make multiple award if, after considering the additional administrative costs, it is in the Government's best interest. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which may be considered by the agency. Submission of quotations will be detailed in the RFQ and must be submitted no later than closing response date listed. All quotations received after the closing response date listed will be considered late and may not be considered for award.
