- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-16-T-0055 will be issued as a Request for Proposal on or after 25 Mar 2016. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54, and DPN 20111207. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 711510 and the business size standard is NTE 7 million. This procurement constitutes Item 0001, 1001 and 2001. Required Services and Descriptions are as follows. The followings are required for the MC Chaplains Office ITEM NO: 0001: Music Director, Contemporary ITEM NO: 1001: Music Director, Contemporary ITEM NO: 2001: Music Director, Contemporary The Government intends to make a single order contract to responsible offeror which is the most advantageous to the Government. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in System for Award Management (SAM) Validation unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Proposal), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-16-T-0055. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CAMP S. D. BUTLER, PSC 557 BOX 2000, FPO AP 96379-2000. Offers must be received no later than PM 03:30, Japanese Standard Time of solicitation closing date.
