Description

This notice is to inform the public that pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 17 Network Contracting Office, Dallas TX, 75216 intends to issue a sole source award to Steris Corporation for preventative maintenance for the attached scope of work, NAICS 811219, size standard 500 employee applies. This notice is not a request for competitive proposal/quotes and a solicitation will not be issued. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the government. Any firms that believe it can provide the stated services can provide supporting documents demonstrating their product capability and specification. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the contracting officer Mrs. Danise Burt, via email to danised.burt@va.gov. no telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
