Description

ACH Vendor Payment Form Subcontracting Report Form for Large Businesses Trade Agreements Certificate Trade Agreements Clause Solicitation Document and Cover Letter CT2207-16 This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation number is CT2207-16 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86-1. The North American Industry Classification System code is 332613, spring manufacturing, the SBA small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a three (3) year firm-fixed price Requirements type contract with an EPA clause for the following commercial item: Innersprings for use in the manufacture of bedding mattresses, quarters/barracks folding type. The finished goods are for sale to the General Services Administration (GSA), DoD military branches and other federal government agencies.
