The purpose of this announcement is to is to modify the content of the capability statement to be submitted by interestd parties. The new requirement of Item # 1 of the the capability statement is shown below: 1. Demonstrated ability to manufacture and test the WAAS Safety Computer units that perform IAW the requirements specified in the WAAS SAFETY COMPUTER DEVELOPMENT SPECIFICATION, a copy of which may be requested by interested parties. All other portions of market survey # 23895 posted on 04/22/16 remain unchaged.
