STATEMENT OF WORK STANDARD FORM 18 (SF-18) OFFERORS MUST SUMBIT QUOTE ON THIS FORM. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION UPS BATTERY PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE FOR NOAA WEST COAST TSUNAMI WARNING CENTER IN PALMER, ALASKA. (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number: NWWV9906-16-00265 (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, dated March 7, 2016. (IV) This solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 811219. The small business size standard is $20. 5M. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for providing the following commercial services: UPS BATTERY PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE FOR NOAA WEST COAST TSUNAMI WARNING CENTER IN PALMER, ALASKA (VI) Description of requirements is as follows: Line Item 0001 - Base Year - 04/01/2016 - 03/31/2017 - Perform UPS Battery Preventative Maintenance in Accordance with the Attached Statement of Work. Line Item 1001 - Opt Yr 1 - 04/01/2017 - 03/31/2018 - Perform UPS Battery Preventative Maintenance in Accordance with the Attached Statement of Work.
