Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 19 Network Contracting Office (NCO 19), on behalf of Sheridan VA Medical Center, plans to contract by means of other than full and open competition for UpToDate Software Service. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The NAICS code is 511210 and the Classification code is 7030. The suggested Vendor is UpToDate, Inc., 95 SAWYER RD STE 120, WALTHAM, MA, 02453-3471. Requested service consists of 1 year with 2 additional option years, for UpToDate Software Subscription. This software is currently in use by Sheridan VA Medical Center, Denver VHAECH and Cheyenne VA Medical Center and no other software at this point will satisfy agency requirements. UpToDate is software that is used to treat and diagnose patients and is used by VAMC's nationwide. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. This is not a request for Quote however; companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include the technical specification of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. The information submitted will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for considering future requirements. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company, Dun & Bradstreet number, business size, and any other pertinent information that demonstrates firm's ability to meet the above requirement.
