Description

Solictation W15QKN-16-T-1167 Solicitation number W15QKN-16-T-1167 is for the procurement of lodging accommodations for the 203rd Military Police Battalion. The requirement is for specific dates in the months of April and September for a total of 221 room nights as stated below: 38 DOUBLE ROOMS FOR 2 NIGHTS - 08 - 10 APRIL 2016 = 76 ROOM NIGHTS 15 DOUBLE ROOMS FOR 3 NIGHTS - 07 - 10 APRIL 2016 = 45 ROOM NIGHTS 40 DOUBLE ROOMS FOR 2 NIGHTS - 09 -11 SEPTEMBER 2016 = 58 ROOM NIGHTS 14 DOUBLE ROOMS FOR 3 NIGHTS - 08 - 11 SEPTEMBER 2016 = 42 ROOM NIGHTS. LOCATION: The hotel shall be within 10 miles of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. For a proposal submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel, the offeror must describe in its proposal the technical approach for the offeror's services as a prime contractor and must also include a copy of all insurance(s) (standard business, liability, extraordinary insurances) in order to submit a complete technical proposal for evaluation purposes. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with the performance periods stated above. The primary North American Industry Classification System code is 721110, with size standard of $32,500,000.00. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a Department of Defense contract.
