- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified service contractors interested in providing offers for weed and pest control services at multiple locations within New Mexico and Texas. This is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or Request for Proposal (RFP). See Section III for documentation required to be submitted with email response. SECTION I - REQUIREMENT SCOPE The services are for weed and pest control. The service locations include multiple facility locations within the ABQ District jurisdiction. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except government furnished) to apply vegetation and pest control to multiple New Mexico and Texas facilities. Chemicals applied will not be water based which relies on water to activate. All work shall be in accordance with Statement of Work. Certificate of Workman s Compensation Insurance will be required as part of the procurement package. The estimated costs of the proposed projects are under $25,000 per project. SECTION II CONTRACT TYPE AND EVALUATION CRITERIA Award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer results in the lowest total price per project. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561710, Exterminating & Pest Control Services. The small business size standard is $5.5M. SECTION III GO/NO- GO CRITERIA The initial information submitted will be evaluated on a Go/No-Go basis. Offerors must receive a Go on all of the following to be considered a viable offeror and receive the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to perform clarifications/discussions with any offerors. To receive a Go rating the offeror must have at least 3 years of experience with a project of similar size and scope. Offeror shall identify the contracting agency, (FAA, other Federal, State, local governments, and private). You must provide the contract number or project identifier, which includes a point-of-contact and phone number, and then complete the following documents: a) Business Declaration b) Past Experience Information NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Responses must be e:mailed to nancy.fuller@faa.gov, no later than 5:00 pm (Mountain Daylight Time) on March 30, 2016. Please place Attention: ABQ District Weed/Pest Control Services in the subject line of your e:mail. Requests received after this date and time will not be honored. Failure to submit all required information will deem the request as non-responsive. NOTE: Contractors must have active registration in System for Award Management (SAM), previously Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before award can be made. Contractors can register at www.sam.gov.
