- Sources Sought: This is not a request for quote or proposal. This is a Sources Sought announcement in order to determine Small Business participation in the acquisition. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 115112, Site Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating, with a size standard of $7,500,000.00. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Drum intends to procure AERIAL PAINT MARKING & HERBICIDE APPLICATION services located at Fort Drum, NY under a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This general requirement is to provide all resources necessary to aerially delineate sensitive areas using an aerial paint marking device/technology prior to the application of any herbicide and to aerially apply chemical herbicide in order to restore line-of-sight on various live fire ranges and the Main Impact Area. Responses shall include the following: -Small Business status under NAICS Code 115112 -DUNS Number -CAGE Code -Proof of registration in System for Award Management (SAM) -Relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last three years and the company's capability to do all work mentioned above -Revenue for the last three years -**Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition, both for Aerial Paint Marking of sensitive areas and for Aerial Herbicide Application.
