Description

Wage Determination Statement of Work Pricing Schedule Request for Quotes PRESOLICITATION POSTED 03/09/2016 DR-4237-OST RESIDENTIAL HOUSING MISSION (2) The Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency intends to issue a solicitation for Residential Housing repair/construction located at the Oglala Sioux Tribe Reservation in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Contractors shall provide all management, tools, materials, supervision, equipment, and items and services necessary to operate, maintain, and repair approximately fifty (50) residential homes on the Pine Ridge Reservation. Contractors shall have clear knowledge of the Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) and Tribal Historic Preservation Office (THPO). Description of Work to include, but not limited to: interior and exterior repair of residential properties consisting of utilities, plumbing, electrical, flooring, windows, doors, roofing, siding, skirting and potential hazards. The objective of the residential housing mission is to make home safe, sanitary and functional. Homes are located throughout the Pine Ridge Reservation.
