The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $36.5M. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM), contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov. The 502s Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). Request for Proposal (RFP), the objective of this project is performing structural repairs to Bldg. 100. General Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material and supervision required to Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and management to make repairs to prevent water infiltration to the building interior that is causing structural damage Bldg 100, Randolph AFB, TX. The scope of work contractor are to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and management to make repairs to prevent water infiltration to the building interior that is causing structural damage. Contractor to replace all existing roofing, roof drains, flashing, counter flashings, parapet caps and make repairs to existing structural roofing system where damaged. Install a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin roof (TPO). Replace all roof tiles missing and or broken. New tiles to match existing style and color with battens and other supporting elements. Remove all building exterior windows from wall openings, restore window "to be fully functional", clean, including mounting clips, hardware, paint, and place back in openings, caulk, and weather-strip. Restore all exterior doors and hardware, stain/ paint, install new thresholds, caulking and weather-stripping. Window restoration will be phased work that will displace workers in no more than 3 rooms temporarily unusable at any one time. See Phasing Plan provided with drawings. NOTE: "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offer for any costs."
