- Solicitation W56HZV-16-T-0067 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICE PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This is a Full and Open competitive procurement for the Li-Ion 6T Battery Ballistic Test. Please see solicitation (attached) for details. ** NOTE: Any and all questions to the solicitation shall be submitted by 30 MAR 2016 10AM EST to Contract Specialist, Tuyen Skorupski.
