Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 17, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Inventrix, for the maintenance and service of Labtrac Enterpise and related modules in the Central Dental Lab in Dallas, TX, and Washington D.C. NAICS 511210 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide the critical software updates, authorized equipment components and repair services equal to Inventrix critical software updates, authorized equipment components and repair services. Responses must be received no later than 15:00pm EST on 26 March 2016. All responses must be e-mailed to Krystal.weeks@va.gov.
