Description

Description of BPA with Omnicell Contract supplies as listed in FSS schedule V797D-30111, with associated pricing, can be ordered under this BPA. All Calls/Orders placed against this BPA are subject to the terms and conditions of the referenced FSS, except where noted below. Contractors complete FSS Price catalog, dated 3-1-2013, and the adjusted 36 month pricing, dated 3-29-2013, are hereby referenced. The following represents a percentage discount rate off the Vendor's complete Federal Supply Schedule Price catalog. This discount rate will be effective for the life of the agreement. Base year: 03/01/2016-02/28/20176% Option year 1 03/01/2017-02/28/2018 6% Option year 2 03/01/2018-02/28/2019 6% Option year 3 03/01/2019-02/29/2020 6% Option year 4 03/01/2020-02/28/2021 6% This BPA expires on 02/28/2021, assuming (1) all options are exercised AND (2) a new GSA FSS schedule to begin on March 1, 2018 is awarded to OMNICELL. Otherwise it terminates on February 28, 2018, the end date for V797D-30111.
