- SF1442 Wage Determination The Agreement The Solicitation SOW Furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to seal the gap between the curtain wall and precast concrete on the east side and clean building facade behind curtain wall in accordance with contract specifications. A complete scope of work is attached. Please submit a detailed price breakout with the quote that should include, but not be limited to, if applicable, the estimated labor hours and cost, material cost, equipment cost, overhead and profit rate, and subcontractor fee. All work is to be performed at the Edward Zorinsky Federal Building, 1616 Capitol Avenue, Omaha, NE. The current wage determination rates are attached. Offers to be valid for 60 days.
