- Department of Veterans Affairs Announcement of Accepted Sites for Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Community-Based Outpatient Clinic The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) conducted a market survey on July 21, 2015 in Myrtle Beach, SC to identify qualified properties, including both existing buildings and land sites, for lease of approximately 84,000 net usable square feet of space for a community based outpatient clinic. VA has elected to proceed with only one-step land sites (land to be fully developed and space constructed by the submitting party in accordance with VA requirements). Notice: This notice is for information only. It is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this notice. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease or consider additional sites based upon this notice. The following is a list of sites that were deemed acceptable by the evaluation team and will be considered for this procurement. VA reserves the right to consider additional sites offered if they are deemed beneficial to the Government. The following seven (7) sites have been selected for further consideration: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) had previously published the following list of approved sites after completing a market survey: 1.A portion (approximately 10 acres) of a larger parcel fronting Farrow Parkway located at the NW corner of Farrow Parkway and Fred Nash Blvd. 2.An 11+/- acre parcel on Farrow Parkway located at the NE corner of Farrow Parkway and Fred Nash Blvd. 3.A 9.5+/- acre portion of a parcel located at the NW corner of Phillis Blvd. and Howard Avenue. 4.A 14+/- acre portion of an 87 acre parcel located at the NW corner US17Bus and Farrow Parkway. 5.3800 South Kings Parkway site redevelopment (without the existing building). It should be noted that the existing building(s), in whole or in any part, do not meet the selection criteria and any proposal offering the existing building(s), in part or in whole, will be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected by VA. 6.10.5 +/- acre portion of Coastal Grand Mall Site, located at Pine Island Road and Sea Pine Blvd. 7.11 +/- acre portion of Coastal Grand Mall Site, located at NWC of Grissom Parkway & Sea Pine Blvd. Questions may be directed to VA's real estate representative for this procurement: Carpenter/Robbins Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
