- Attachment F - Past Performance Customer Satisfaction Survey Attachment E - Past Performance Contract Profile Attachment D - Pricing Tables Attachment C - Sample Task Order Attachment B - Equipment List Attachment A - Labor Categories SAQMMA16R0197 - Sections B - M SAQMMA16R0197 Solicitation SAQMMA16R0197 is now posted. *** *** *** This pre-solicitation notice is in reference to Request for Information No. SAQMMA15I0026 for the Department of State's Bureau of African Affairs. *** *** *** The Department of State (DOS), Bureau of African Affairs, has an ongoing need for Professional Service employees, as defined in 29 CFR 541, to provide OCONUS advisory and reporting services. *** *** *** Tasks under this contract vehicle include advisory and technical support to African countries and organizations, as well as to U.S. Embassy country teams. Task order requirements may include advisory support services to Host Governments, security force units, and security organizations in Sub- Saharan Africa; Site Coordinator services to monitor and observe contractors and grantees; logistics support services and life-support for all personnel performing under this contract; detailed reports to the Bureau of African Affairs; assisting the Bureau of African Affairs in planning and facilitating conferences; qualified professional service employees to meet the mission objectives of Bureau of the African Affairs. *** *** *** The Government anticipates award of three (3) multiple-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Awards will be set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned small business concerns. The anticipated contractual period of performance will be one (1) twelve month base period and four (4) one year option periods, if exercised. The contract type(s) for an individual task order will be one or a combination identified in FAR part 16. *** *** *** NOTE: From the date of the posting of this notice, no questions will be answered unless they are submitted in accordance with the instructions of the subsequent solicitation. Do not call the Point of Contacts identified on this notice. Contact with the program office is prohibited; all questions shall be vetted through the contracting activity. *** *** *** The anticipated release date of the RFP is approximately fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice. No questions regarding the release date will be answered.
