- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 03/24/2016 and respond due date 04/25/2016. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0061559409; and solicit as Unrestricted for approved sources of supply that retain data rights. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-16-R-1751 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-01-152-6333, Panel, Structural, AI for 37 each. Digital Mylar Exists for this NSN. Item is Critical Application and Air-Force Critical/Flight Safety. Item is Export Control. Item acquire in accordance with Cage 81205, DWG 35-8286, Rev "E", E.O.#2001C0017 & 2011C0013-T apply; Part number-35-8286-502 requirements. Request delivery objective at 650 days total for the following; 270 DARO for Government First Article Testing with 90 days for Government Test & Evaluation and 290 days total for production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
