Description

Briefing Slides for AHTS Industry Day/Site Visit Sign-In/Attendance sheets for AHTS Industry Day/Site Visit PMA-273 and CNATRA held an Industry Day/Site Visit for the Advance Helicopter Training System Sources Sought on 09 March 2016 at Whiting Field, FL. The Industry Day/Site Visit brief and sign-in sheet from the event are hereby posted for industry. As noted in the Sources Sought, the Capability Statement shall be submitted to the Government 30 days after the event; therefore, Capability Statements are to be received by 08 April 2016 no later than 5:00 p.m. EDT. The instructions for the Capability Statements in the original Sources Sought document posted 28 January 2016 remain in effect. The following clarification is provided regarding page limitation. The thirty (30) page limit applies only to the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMISSION DETAILS (CAPABILITIES STATEMENT)" section numbers 1-8. Up to twenty (20) additional pages for the "In addition to the capabilities statement outlined above, the Government is seeking from interested parties, additional comments and/or recommendations in the following areas" section, is allowed for the Capabilities Statement. When combined, the maximum length of fifty (50) pages is allowed inclusive of graphs and/or charts should they be used. Industry questions and Government responses will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS as they are received.
