- ********** 4 Mar 16 - With the issuance of RFP amendment 0001 which was posted today, the Government is extending submission of questions to the RFP from COB 8 Mar 2016 to COB 9 Mar 2016. ********** ********* Amendment 0001 to WS3 RFP FA9422-16-R-8036 is posted. NOTE: the hour and date of receipt of offers is not extended. *********** Provided is the formal RFP FA9422-16-R-8036 for WS3 Service Life Extension Program. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing no later than close of business on 8 March 2016. Proposals are due by 3:00 pm (MST), 9 May 2016. Be advised that some of the Section J Attachments to the solicitation, due to their sensitive nature, cannot be posted to FedBizOpps and therefore must be requested from the Contracting Officer.
