Sources Sought Notice Advertisement VA Ann Arbor Health Care System Parking The VA Ann Arbor Health Care System is interested in leasing paved parking with the availability of up to 99 Standard Sized Parking Spaces. The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System will consider sites that can support a minimum of 35 parking spaces up to a maximum of 99 parking spaces within the confines of the below delineated area: North - US 23/M 14 South - West Huron St/Geddes Ave/Huron Pkwy/Geddes Rd East - US 23 West - 23 Business/Main Street The government is seeking a three year firm term lease with two one-year option periods. The normal operating hours at the location are expected to (6:00am to 9:00pm) Monday through Friday. Parking must be adequately maintained, lighted for safety and security and include snow removal salting and sanding services during inclement weather. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) who have properties meeting the above criteria should submit the information listed below via email to Theodore Posuniak, Lease Contracting Officer at theodore.posuniak@va.gov, no later than 3PM EST, 17 March, 2016. Information on properties submitted must include the location of property, property description, total number of parking spaces available and a parking lot plan/map if available. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA. Please note this advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. A solicitation for offers may be issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs at a later date.
