Description

This notice is posted IAW Far 19.804.2. This project proposal is limited to qualified 8 (a) firms in the Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri and Kansas areas. Solicitation: VA255-15-R-0640, Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price, NAICS: 238110, Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors, Business size is 15.0M, Title-Description of Requirement: PN 589-CA3-370 - Construct Patient Parking Garage. The SBA has provided acceptance number 0709/16/600483/01 for this 8(a) competitive requirement. This contractor will construct a New Patient Parking Garage at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, located at 4801 Linwood Boulevard in Kansas City Missouri 64128. The footprint of the proposed garage is approximately 240'x 120' with 332 spaces on four levels. The New Parking Garage will be located where lot 7A is today, north of Building 6 and west of Building 15. The site is adjacent to the main Medical Center. Completion time from NTP is 560 calendar days. The facility location: VISN 15/ Kansas City VAMC 4801 Linwood Blvd Kansas City Mo 64128. The estimated cost magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. All interested vendors are encouraged to attend the site visit scheduled for Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 1:00 pm CST at the KC VAMC facility Building 6, Room 106, 4801 Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64128. There has been no previous solicitation posted for this requirement. Qualified vendors must thoroughly review the attached solicitation with specs and drawing and provide a detailed response by the solicitation response date and must be registered in the SAM data base. All qualified vendor must provide a complete response to each solicitation technical evaluation factor and priced line items as requested. Proposal will be posted on or about March 8, 2016.
