Description
Additional Information The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Washington Office National Forest System (NFS), Resource Information Manger's Office is conducting a market analysis with the attached RFI to refine the requirement and determine the most suitable approach for acquiring and fulfilling the needs associated with implementing an integrated web-based ePermit interface that is the single point of entry for the Public to obtain information, to apply for, monitor, receive and update permits National Forest permit. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement and assist the agency in developing and further defining procurement, acquisition, and development strategies. This market research will identify all potential sources, including small business sources (including 8(a) business development participants, veteran-owned small businesses, service disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB), HUB Zone small business concerns, small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small business concerns and economically disadvantaged women-owned small business concerns). The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this procurement is not known at this time. Interested firms must demonstrate in their qualifications statement that they are qualified to perform the work outlined in the attached document and identify under relevant related NAICS code. This request for capability information does not constitute a solicitation or request for proposal, nor binds and obligates the agency to any contractual agreement, written or implied. Submission of any information to this notice is purely voluntary. The Agency assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred by respondents. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. Feedback and/or evaluation information will not be provided to any firm regarding their individual capability statements in response to the Notice. If your company has the capacity to perform the services outlined in the attachment please provide the following information: 1. Company Information to include the following: Name, address, email address, telephone number, point of contact, size of business, qualified small business category and certification, type of ownership (including country of ownership) for the organization, DUNS Number and Cage Code. 2. A detailed capability statement identifying your relevant past performance history s and appropriate levels and types of expertise in a manner that demonstrates understanding of the requirements. 3. 4. Current Contract vehicles (such as GSA Schedules, BPA's, other available GWACS (NASASEWP, NIH NITAAC)) within the scope of this requirement. 3. Similar Scope, size and complexity of contracts you currently have or within the last three -five years. 4. Indicate whether they are/are not a small business, a small disadvantaged business, 8(a), hub-zone certified, woman-owned, or any other social economic category. 5. Describe the capabilities, features, and benefits of your similar contracts, experience and what pricing approaches have been used in your federal contracts? 6. What performance standards are used in your current contracts held by company 7. Optional you can provide three references within the past 3-5 years for contracts similar in scope. References should include: a. Customer b. Name, phone number, and email address for the customers program manager c. Contract Name, Number, Type and Value d. Brief description of system/services e.
