- Performance Work Statement THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract using other than full and open competition for preventative maintenance for one (1) Agie Charmilles 2030SI Wire Machine and two (2) Agie Charmilles Roboform 350 Sinkers located at BEP's Washington, DC facility. The intended contractor is GF Agie Charmilles. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice, if any, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 811310 and the small business size standard is $7.5M. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties who believe they possess the capability to satisfy this requirement should submit documentation that clearly demonstrates their capability. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 12:00 P.M. EST on Thursday March 3, 2016. All responses must be in writing and are to be sent via email to the point of contact specified in this notice. Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. Interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov.
