- Statement of Work Sources-Sought RFQ This Sources Sought announcement is published for market research purposes only. This market research will be used to help identify Small Business sources under NAICS code 811310. This should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach or otherwise reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. The attached Request for Quote (RFQ) with Statement of Work is a draft for review. A new revised RFQ may be issued with the solicitation at a later date with additional documents/photographs to assist in providing a more accurate quote for consideration. In accordance with FAR 15.202e, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Only responders who meet the following criteria should respond to this sources sought notice: •1. Meets ALL specifications outlined in the attached document. •2. Anticipates availability of on-site personnel during the stated periods of performance. •3. Has an active CAGE Code with the Central Contractor Registration. •4. Does not appear on the Excluded Parties List Responses should include the following information: •1. Responder's contact information including company name. P.O.C. name, telephone number, fax number, email address, street address, CAGE, and TIN •2. Acknowledgement of review of the Category I and II NAVSEA Standard Items (NSI) required under paragraph (b) of the SOW. Please email your responses to the attention of Aimee Maciejewski at aimee.maciejewski@navy.mil no later than 12:00 PM EST on Monday, February 29, 2016. All responses shall be limited to 10 pages or less and pricing information should not be submitted at this time
