Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, New Jersey, intends to enter into a contract action for a sole source firm-fixed-price contract for one user subscription license for a Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) Forum Seat (also referred to as "Research Board"). This subscription membership will allow the VA CIO to access global information technology (IT) research and advisory data and information and provide for engagement with global leaders regarding changing and evolving IT trends, technologies, and organizational constructs. This information will assist the CIO to shape the expanding needs of the OI&T community and provide outstanding support that will ensure enterprise-wide transformation success across the VA in IT investment and sustainment decision making to operate the Department as cost-effectively as possible. The Statutory Authority for this effort falls under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), entitled "Soliciting from a single source." The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541910 size standard of $15M. This notification shall close on March 8, 2016.
