Description

Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to competitively award a Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order under FTSS III unrestricted MAC. This effort will consist of Contractor Instruction Services (CIS) to support Navigation, Seamanship and Ship-handling (NSS) training located at multiple sites worldwide. Six (6) of the sites are in the Continental U.S. (CONUS) while four (4) of the sites are Outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS). The six CONUS sites are Mayport, FL; Norfolk, VA; San Diego, CA; Everett, WA; Pearl Harbor, HI; and Newport, RI. The four OCONUS sites are Sasebo, Japan; Yokosuka, Japan; Manama, Bahrain; and Rota, Spain. The period of performance is anticipated to be 60 months, inclusive of one (1) base year and four (4) twelve month options. Start of contractor performance is anticipated to be June 2016 inclusive of mobilization. See attached Notice of Tentative Acquisition Strategy and Pre-Proposal Conference Announcement.
