- Draft Performance Work Statement The US Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District intends (USACE) to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Priced sole source contract with Lindell, Michael. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541618 - Other Management Consulting Services, which has a size standard of Size Standard: $14 million in annual receipts is applicable. The contract type will be a firm fixed price, performance-based contract, The statutory authority for this non-competitive action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1).This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, all responsible parties interested in responding to this notice are invited to submit a capability statement including costs by 12:00 pm EST, March 09, 2016, that provides sufficient details for consideration by the Government, via email to:Alicia.S.Powell@usace.army.mil. The determination not to compete the contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
